Working with Qube Residential, I provided art direction and design for a new developments brochure, creating a sophisticated publication that reflected the quality of the properties and the brand.
The brochure combined contemporary layouts, strong imagery and carefully considered typography to present the developments in a clear and engaging way.
Produced on luxury paper stock, the finished brochure featured spot UV detailing and a bespoke brochure wrap, adding a tactile, premium finish that elevated the overall presentation.
