Working with Elan Homes, I designed a sales brochure for Kinnerton Meadows, a new-build housing development in Higher Kinnerton.
The brochure was created to showcase the development and provide prospective buyers with the information needed to explore the available homes.
Combining property photography, house specifications, floor plans and supporting sales information, the design brings everything together in a clear, attractive and easy-to-navigate format.
A clean, contemporary layout and consistent use of Elan Homes’ branding ensure the brochure feels professional and engaging while keeping the properties at the centre of the design.
